Shipping Policy

Shipping timelines vary depending on the type of item ordered. You will receive an email when your shipping label is created and another notification once tracking begins. If you need your order for a special occasion or have a specific deadline, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Original Artwork
Original artwork typically ship within approximately 7-10 days of the order date.

Art Prints
Unframed art prints typically ship within 7–10 business days of the order date.

Wallpaper
Wallpaper is custom printed to order. Please allow 4–5 weeks for delivery.

Britelights
Britelights typically ship within 1-2 weeks of the order date.

Lucite Lovelies
Lucite Lovelies are custom orders and typically ship within 1–2 weeks of the order date.

Pajamas
In-stock pajamas typically ship within a few days of the order date. For preorder items, orders will ship on or around the date listed on the product page.

Commissioned Artwork
Shipping timelines for commissioned artwork vary depending on the project. Please contact us at Kathleen@kpalmfineart.com to discuss your order and estimated timeline.

Local Pickup
Local pickup at the studio is available for select items. If pickup is available for your order, select “Pick up” under the delivery method during checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. For eligible orders, we are happy to coordinate a convenient pickup time by email or text message.
