Shipping policy

Shipping timelines depend on what you order.  An email will be sent when the label is created and then when the item begins tracking.  If you have a special occasion and need something earlier please don't hesitate to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.

• Any Art in stock (Originals, Tiny Surfers, Water Ladies, and Surfboards)  are shipped 5-7 business days of the order date.  An email will be sent when the label is created and then when the item begins tracking.
• Unframed Art prints ship within 10 days of the order date. 
• Britelights ship within 2-3 days of the order date.  
• Lucite Lovelies are custom orders and will ship 1-2 weeks from the order date. 
• Commissioned artwork shipping times vary. Please contact us to discuss.   Kathleen@KPalm.com

Local Customers have the option to pick up at The Studio.  Make sure you check  "Pick up" under "Devivery Method" during the checkout process.  You will receive an email when your art is ready for pick up.  We are very flexible on pick up times and can arrange a time via email or text message.
